About this role
This role in Morgan Stanley’s Chief Operating Office (COO) Treasury function leads treasury data governance and reporting efforts. You will support regulatory and internal audit deliverables, oversee governance for capital, liquidity, and funding resources, and help transform data into metrics for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Treasury data governance compliance support with BCBS 239
- Lead governance oversight for Treasury and Capital Planning
- Manage regulatory deliverables, exams, and Internal Audit examinations
- Support CCAR/Capital Stress Testing process and prepare Board reports
- Support ALCO secretary duties and New Product Approvals (NPAs)
Technical Overview
Focuses on Treasury data governance compliance (BCBS 239), coordination with technology on data feeds and cloud migrations, and governance oversight for CCAR/Capital Stress Testing. Responsible for regulatory deliverables, exams, and audit examinations, plus reporting for ALCOs and Board materials using Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate is a 4–7 year finance professional with hands-on experience in corporate treasury governance and regulatory deliverables, specifically including BCBS 239 and CCAR/Capital Stress Testing. They can translate complex data into senior-management metrics and presentations, lead governance improvements, and coordinate with technology and audit stakeholders to remediate findings.
