About this role
CRC Benefits Account Executive handles retention of co-broker accounts by providing services and support for partnered agencies' customers, with remote collaboration and renewals focused on best product selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Company services in a positive and professional manner to ensure continued sales and Company growth by developing positive business relationships with clients
- Maintain a good understanding of the Company’s products and processes and how clients interact with these products
- Develop increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and legal environments
- Provide information on carrier administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selection of appropriate group products
- Conduct group meetings/webinars to further educate our Customer base on the services we provide
Technical Overview
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of NFPA codes; understanding of insurance products and carrier procedures; ability to conduct group meetings/webinars
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an account executive with 2+ years in employee benefits, holding an Insurance Producer’s License, strong client communication skills, and the ability to educate clients through webinars and renewals.
