Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, Answer phones and direct calls
- Type agendas and prepare meeting packages
- Compile and maintain an up to date telephone directory
- Analyze, document and track trends and internal service levels
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
