About this role
Creative Director leading the branding and content system for a fast-growing marketing coaching business. Responsible for building brand authority, expanding reach via YouTube and podcasts, and guiding the founder’s personal brand while leading a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust at scale by designing a content system that supports paid traffic, sales, and long-term brand equity
- Lead the podcast to grow monthly downloads and YouTube authority
- Own YouTube as a long-form authority platform with deep dives, breakdowns, and case studies
- Lead strategy and execution of the founder’s personal brand
- Manage and develop a creative team, setting direction, standards, and execution rhythm
Technical Overview
Strategic branding and content leadership with emphasis on direct response marketing, brand storytelling, and media production. Requires experience building and scaling content ecosystems, channel growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
