About this role

WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is hiring a Credit and Collections Business Analyst to analyze complex data and provide fact-based insights for the business. The role supports reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing while acting as a subject matter expert on systems and process impacts.

Key Responsibilities

Perform analysis on large amounts of complex data to provide fact-based insights
Support reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics
Influence, gather, define and document complex business requirements and processes
Develop test plan/test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
Prepare business cases and cost/benefit analysis and lead process improvements

Technical Overview

This is a business analysis role with system configuration and administration responsibilities, including monitoring system and process performance and coordinating user acceptance testing. The analyst will develop functional, process, and system documentation, create test plans/test cases, and deliver business cases with cost/benefit analysis.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a business analyst experienced with analyzing complex data to deliver fact-based insights and support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics. They can define and document business requirements and processes, coordinate user acceptance testing with test plans and test cases, and produce business cases with cost/benefit analysis in a cross-functional environment.
