About this role
This role supports the CRM Data and Reporting Fleet for Credit Risk Management, working inside the Data and AI Strategy Squad. The associate will contribute to data curation, semantic model design, and ongoing delivery of Power BI and Analyze in Excel reporting, while helping coordinate modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data curation and semantic model design
- Enhance Power BI dashboards and Analyze in Excel reports
- Contribute to operating procedures, governance, controls, and standards adoption
- Coordinate work across squads using Rally/JIRA and tracking progress
- Support AI-enabled reporting and identify process improvement opportunities
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes enhancing Power BI dashboards, maintaining Analyze in Excel reports, supporting logical and semantic model design, and contributing to fleet-wide data governance, documentation, and workflows. The role also supports AI-enabled reporting and analytics improvements and uses Rally/JIRA for coordination.

The ideal candidate is an associate-level data professional who supports credit risk reporting within a data and AI strategy team. They have hands-on experience enhancing Power BI dashboards and Analyze in Excel reports, contributing to semantic model design and data curation, and coordinating work using Rally/JIRA artifacts.
