CRM & Marketing Manager responsible for owning HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, designing and executing data-driven campaigns, and driving revenue growth through inbound/outbound marketing and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hubs for Agrellus
- Host weekly/monthly executive updates
- Design and execute email campaigns, automation workflows, and lead scoring
- Align marketing with revenue goals
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Technical Overview
Focus on HubSpot platform, automation workflows, lead scoring, email campaigns, SEO, and paid media. Responsible for data cleanliness, landing pages, and performance analytics.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with 5+ years managing HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, capable of leading inbound/outbound campaigns, and driving measurable revenue impact.
