Boston Scientific is hiring a CRM Senior Field Clinical Representative to support cardiac rhythm management technologies in a defined territory. The role combines hands-on clinical expertise with education and sales support for device implants, follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary clinical expert during device implants
- Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals
- Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff
- Manage product inventory and participate in rotational 24/7 on-call
Technical Overview
The role focuses on field clinical support for CRM devices including implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), insertable cardiac monitorization systems (ICMs), and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRTs). Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, programming support, procedure attendance, and maintaining readiness through product inventory management plus 24/7 on-call coverage.

The ideal candidate is a senior clinical field representative with 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, including hands-on support for cardiac device implants and post-procedure follow-ups. They are a primary clinical expert who can deliver education and troubleshooting in hospital labs and operating rooms, with active IBHRE certification or equivalent Boston Scientific clinical tenure.
