Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships through online messaging and direct interaction
Coordinate with designers, gem experts, and production to translate customer visions into manufacturable designs
Present concept sketches and 3D renderings to customers and incorporate revisions
Create and present quotes and manage project timelines from sketch to manufacturing
Handle post-production related correspondence, including resizing, repairs, maintenance, and customer satisfaction

Technical Overview

Involves CAD and 3D rendering tools; gemology background or GIA coursework; cross-functional coordination with CAD designers, gemologists, and production teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has client-facing project management experience in luxury retail or hospitality with a passion for jewelry design, proficiency in CAD and 3D rendering, and gemology background or GIA coursework.
