Customer and Partner Services Program Manager designs and delivers learning experiences and technical content to enable successful deployment and adoption of Okta solutions for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Lab Development: design and support hands-on labs
- New Product Readiness: translate features for customers/partners
- Subject Matter Expert: deliver on trends and IAM
- Content Creation: tutorials and training materials
- Analytics and Reporting: review surveys and performance data
Technical Overview
Focus on IAM protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML), code-readability with JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on labs; creates training materials and ILT content; cross-functional coordination.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically proficient instructional designer and program manager with deep IAM knowledge (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML) and strong ability to translate complex product features into actionable training and docs.
