Customer Experience Customer Success Technical Leader (Splunk) leads strategic adoption and technical mentorship for enterprise Splunk deployments in a remote-capable role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead long-term customer engagements and success plans
- Provide technical mentorship on Splunk ES configurations
- Collaborate with CS, Sales Engineers, and the Splunk ecosystem
- Develop and maintain customer success plans
- Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap
Technical Overview
Deep Splunk ES configuration and development; SPL and CIM-based data onboarding; cloud integrations with AWS/Azure/GCP; security operations and threat intelligence
