Own digital experience strategy across UX, web personalization, SEO, and UI/creative direction for client engagements. Lead discovery, translate research into journey maps and IA frameworks, and drive measurable experimentation and optimization using enterprise platforms.

They bring strong client-facing discovery and workshop facilitation experience, and hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Optimizely, including testing/experimentation and audience rules configuration.
