This fully remote role coordinates and delivers the administrative onboarding experience for new Technology Advisor (TA) partners on the ForgeOS platform. The Customer Onboarding Specialist manages onboarding workflows, provides training, coordinates credential collection and access provisioning, and builds self-service onboarding resources to reduce support load.

  • Coordinate onboarding workflows from signed agreement through platform activation
  • Deliver training sessions and create training materials for new partners
  • Collect credentials and coordinate system access and software access provisioning
  • Maintain onboarding tracking systems and update onboarding workflows
