About this role
This fully remote role coordinates and delivers the administrative onboarding experience for new Technology Advisor (TA) partners on the ForgeOS platform. The Customer Onboarding Specialist manages onboarding workflows, provides training, coordinates credential collection and access provisioning, and builds self-service onboarding resources to reduce support load.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding workflows from signed agreement through platform activation
- Deliver training sessions and create training materials for new partners
- Collect credentials and coordinate system access and software access provisioning
- Maintain onboarding tracking systems and update onboarding workflows
- Build self-service onboarding resources (training videos, quick-reference guides, help documentation)

While primarily operational, the role includes hands-on coordination of onboarding workflows for a SaaS platform: credential collection, system access provisioning, onboarding tracking systems, and partner activation logistics. It also involves creating onboarding training assets such as videos, quick-reference guides, and help documentation.

The ideal candidate is a customer-facing onboarding professional with 2+ years of experience onboarding new customers in a SaaS or technology environment. They can manage onboarding workflows end-to-end, deliver training sessions, coordinate credential collection and system access, and maintain onboarding tracking systems. They are process-oriented, consistent, detail-focused, and comfortable proposing solutions when gaps are identified.
