This role serves as the operational link between AMD and customers, managing expectations and resolving issues across orders, supply, delivery, and forecasting. The account manager drives operational excellence through inventory/DOI optimization, demand-supply analysis, accurate forecasting, and regular quarterly business reviews.

Primarily business-operations focused: managing customer backlogs, product lifecycle stages (NPI/EOL), and analytics for consumption/ordering patterns to balance demand and supply. Supports forecasting and revenue projection accuracy while improving processes aligned to strategy.

The ideal candidate is a customer operations/account manager who can manage forecasting, inventory (including Days of Inventory/DOI), and order-to-delivery coordination across the product lifecycle. They bring strong communication and analytical skills to run quarterly business reviews, resolve customer operational issues, and collaborate effectively with factory, finance, and sales teams.
