About this role
The Customer Relations Associate ensures smooth daily operations in the Customer Relations department and delivers a high-quality athlete experience. The role supports service operations, handles athlete/guest needs, coordinates scheduling, and monitors KPIs to suggest improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service to athletes and guests
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and internal ticketing systems
- Support purchases, memberships, and package support
- Lead front desk operations including greetings, tours, and athlete orientations
- Coordinate scheduling and monitor KPIs to suggest workflow or system improvements
Technical Overview
Primary tools include CRM platforms and scheduling tools such as Slack, Zoho, Hurricane, and Acuity, plus internal ticketing systems for handling inquiries. Work includes coordinating scheduling, tracking KPIs, and managing front desk communications in an on-site facility environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level customer relations professional who can deliver friendly, timely support to athletes, guests, and families. They have strong communication and attention to detail, can coordinate scheduling and operations, and are able to work most Saturdays, with bonus familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools like Slack, Zoho, Hurricane, and Acuity.
