About this role
This hybrid role supports the Sales team as a Customer Service Representative (Italian Speaker). You will manage the customer order lifecycle from clean order entry through invoicing and delivery while handling backlog changes and reserved inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Order-to-Invoice process
- Communicate with customers and suppliers and provide after-sales support
- Monitor order management and backlog
- Handle customer requests and backlog changes
- Coordinate with Sales and Logistics to ensure On-Time Delivery
Technical Overview
The role is operational customer support focused on the Order-to-Invoice process, backlog monitoring, and coordinating with internal Sales and Logistics teams. It relies on Microsoft Office—especially Excel—for tracking and process efficiency, plus strong written communication (email primarily).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer service professional with previous Customer Service experience and strong Italian (C1-C2) plus English (B2+). They are comfortable managing the Order-to-Invoice lifecycle, monitoring backlog, coordinating with Sales and Logistics, and using Microsoft Office—especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)—to drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
