Customer Service Associate (CSA) at Salud Health provides front-desk support, greets patients, checks them in and out, and handles reminders and inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes patients as the first step prior to seeing the Doctor/NP/PA
- Checks patients in for all appointment types
- Checks patients out at the end of an appointment
- Make reminder calls
- Manage patient complaints and ensure a positive experience
Technical Overview
Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Chrome, and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
