Customer Services Representative liaison role managing client relationships and coordinating internal departments to complete projects on time. Supports account management, provides regular status updates, gathers project inputs, and performs quality checks on pre-production proofs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact between assigned accounts and Vestcom
- Handle 20+ client accounts and manage projects to completion
- Provide regular status updates on project changes, issues, and needs
- Perform quality checks on pre-production proofs to ensure updates are correct
- Coordinate new client projects and requested changes and gather required project initiation information

Non-technical coordination role that may use an ERP system to support work tracking. Performs quality checks on pre-production proofs and maintains organized documentation for client requests and project changes.
