The ideal candidate is a Customer Services Representative who can manage 20+ client accounts and serve as the key liaison between clients and internal coordinating departments. They communicate clearly, track projects to ensure on-time delivery, resolve issues quickly, and perform quality checks on pre-production proofs using strong documentation and organization skills.
