About this role
Customer Service Representative resolves customer concerns, handles orders and returns, and collaborates with billing to resolve disputes in a remote healthcare supply company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering 50-60 calls daily
- Provide order-status and product information
- Process orders/changes/returns
- Resolve disputed billing items with billing
- Provide timely feedback on service failures
Technical Overview
Experience with Brightree and DME systems; strong MS Office skills; ability to navigate web-based applications; knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented customer service professional with 3 years of elevated CS experience, familiar with DME and Brightree, able to work 8am-5pm PST remotely and handle Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
