About this role
Provide high-quality customer service by processing and pricing customer orders, quotes, and invoices. Manage customer accounts, prospect new customers, and support after-sales service while maintaining organized office operations and inventory flow control.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and custom orders accurately
- Process financial transactions according to credit procedures
- Answer telephones and process/distribute incoming email
- Use the POS & JDE systems to process quotes, orders and invoices
- Provide overall support and after sales service to customers
