This is a temporary Customer Service Support role through July 31 focused on accurate reporting and processing across warehouse, seed, inventory, freight, and dealer-related operations. You will act as a problem solver and maintain strong relationships while supporting team stakeholders.

  • Tracking damages in the warehouses and ensuring resolution has occurred.
  • Seed Reporting in season.
  • Trial/Demo product and seed processing including inventory adjustments.
  • Dealer transfers and Processing and internal freight planning and invoice processing ( Ship Confirmation).
  • Testing of new processes

The role emphasizes operational accuracy and documentation processing, including invoice processing with Ship Confirmation, Accounts Receivable concepts, and inventory adjustments. It also requires navigating Microsoft Office tools and participating in testing of new processes.

The ideal candidate is a customer service-focused professional with hands-on experience handling support requests and order/shipping-related documentation. They have exceptional attention to detail, a working understanding of Accounts Receivable and invoicing, and can accurately track damages and manage inventory-related adjustments in fast-paced conditions.
