Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine if warrantable
- Process written/electronic work orders and instructions
- Perform carpentry, drywall, texture repair and painting
- Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs
- Follow up with homeowners and process charge-back documentation and invoices
Technical Overview
The technical scope is not IT; it is hands-on home repair execution plus warranty workflow management. The position uses DRH Warranty applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop and requires strong documentation for charge-backs and invoices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer service technician with 3+ years of hands-on home repair experience, specifically carpentry, drywall, texture repair, and painting. They can process warranty work orders, evaluate warrantable issues, and coordinate with subcontractors to complete repairs within compliance standards. Strong communication skills and comfort using DRH Warranty applications on a mobile device are key.
