About this role
AccuTitle is hiring a Remote Customer Success / Account Management professional to be the primary point of contact for SaaS customers in real estate technology. You will manage accounts in Salesforce CRM, support onboarding and training, analyze client data, and help drive retention, satisfaction, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage client accounts using Salesforce CRM to track interactions, issues, and opportunities for growth
- Provide onboarding support and ongoing training to ensure clients maximize the value of our SaaS platforms
- Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, or areas for improvement in service delivery
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams such as marketing, product development, and technical support
Technical Overview
This role is not engineering-focused but requires strong CRM proficiency using Salesforce CRM and data-driven account management practices. The work includes translating customer needs into tailored solutions and coordinating across marketing, product development, and technical support to ensure successful outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Customer Success / Account Management professional with proven project/account management experience in SaaS or financial services. They are highly comfortable using Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, drive onboarding and ongoing training, and analyze client data to improve retention and satisfaction.
