About this role
GitHub is growing its Customer Success Architecture team; seeking a Customer Success Architect II to align GitHub's technology solutions with customer digital transformation initiatives and to act as a trusted advisor across post-sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and align solutions with product features
- Provide coaching and technical guidance on technology profiles and strategies
- Coordinate blockers to solution implementation
- Support customer technology adoption with readiness resources
