About this role
The Customer Success & Billing Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for Enrollware users while managing monthly billing processing and billing-related customer support. The role handles inquiries via phone, email, and web, documents solutions, and supports user training and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a product expert in Enrollware’s software
- Respond to support tickets and phone calls in a timely manner
- Provide training and improve customer use of the software
- Assist in creating and updating documentation
- Respond to billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances
