About this role
Responsible for managing post-sale customer relationships, leading implementation and adoption, ensuring value realization, and renewal readiness across an assigned portfolio of enterprise customers in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather, prioritize, and analyze business and technical requirements
- Define and manage project phases, ensuring alignment with customer objectives
- Own the customer success plan post-launch, drive product adoption and measurable business value
- Own renewal readiness and collaborate with Renewal Managers
- Establish executive alignment and manage risks with internal teams
Technical Overview
Focus on customer success strategy, cross-functional collaboration with Product/Support, health monitoring, and risk mitigation to ensure customer outcomes and renewal.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced customer success consultant with 8+ years in post-sale SaaS, who can own implementation and drive adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness across enterprise customers.
