About this role
Support customers by handling information and account change requests, providing online training, and troubleshooting issues with detailed reporting. Manage customer data proactively (including EDI orchestration monitoring and data scrubbing) and support implementations, metrics, and invoicing-related tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and account changes while meeting SLA's
- Monitor EDI orchestrations and coordinate file reprocessing with customers
- Develop custom reports, analyze customer data, and perform data scrubbing
- Test application enhancements, create/update project management tickets, and support implementations
- Conduct online training sessions for customers, suppliers, and carriers
