Senior Customer Support Engineer responsible for meeting objectives by resolving issues on Reliance product, supporting healthcare/EPIC environments, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer issues and concerns with power systems
- Meet business objectives by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Provide escalation and resolution for live systems
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues across UI, networks, and data storage
Technical Overview
Hands-on engineering with Linux/Windows, C/Java, Oracle DB, SQL, and live customer systems; familiarity with GitHub/ClearCase; production support and incident resolution in mission-critical environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level customer support engineer with 5+ years across Linux/Windows, C/Java, and Oracle DB, plus real-time or mission-critical systems experience, capable of troubleshooting live customer environments and guiding teams.
