Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying warranty claims and issuing RMAs
- Answering product questions and providing product suggestions
- Providing dealer/end user support via Zendesk, phones, and live chat
- Provide pricing and shipping quotes
- Updating dealers on shipping and product ETAs
