About this role
Support enterprise IT hardware and software in-person and remotely, install/configure devices, and troubleshoot IT resources while coordinating AV setups and video conferencing.

- Diagnoses hardware/software/network problems
- Collaborates on IT projects
Technical Overview
Hands-on IT support with Office 365, Active Directory, MECM; requires AV knowledge and familiarity with video conferencing tools; on-site and after-hours support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support technician with a basic foundation in Windows/Microsoft tools and hands-on experience with AD and MECM. They should be comfortable providing on-site and remote support, and able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment.
