About this role

Cyber & Regulatory Digital Analyst responsible for leading regulatory and cybersecurity projects, aligning with EU/ CZ/USA regulations, and improving compliance processes within the Avio Aero CTR team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead internal stakeholders to adopt compliance and cybersecurity frameworks guaranteeing company standard
Support the Avio Aero Compliance Team in audit activities and mitigation actions
Collaborate with international cyber security teams to align frameworks and propose solutions
Lead cybersecurity initiatives in Prague per EU/CZ/USA regulations
Support risk analysis, regulatory reviews, and cyber investigations

Technical Overview

Cross-regional cybersecurity and regulatory work leveraging NIST, ISO, NIS2, and regulatory audits; includes API security concepts (OAuth/SSO), risk analysis, and policy management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level cybersecurity/regulatory professional with 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of EU/US cybersecurity regulations (NIS2, FAR/DFARS, NIST800, ISO 27001/27005), and proven ability to lead risk analyses and compliance initiatives in an international environment.
