About this role
Cyber Security Technicians perform daily technical operations in a Technology Operations Center, helping maximize the effectiveness of clients’ cyber technology. The role focuses on learning and executing advanced procedures using SOPs and vendor materials, while supporting platform integration, monitoring, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Cyber Tools Management (deployment, configuration, operation)
- Platform Integration (support clients in integrating with the DeepSeas platform)
- Monitoring and Response (monitor cyber tools and respond to issues)
- Documentation and Training (update SOPs/documentation and attend training)
- Training and Continuous Improvement (improve team capabilities)
Technical Overview
This is an operations-focused cybersecurity role centered on cyber tools management, including deployment, configuration, and operation. You will support client onboarding and DeepSeas platform integration, monitor cyber tools for issues, and respond rapidly using established processes and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Cyber Technician with at least 2 years of experience delivering technical missions in a cybersecurity environment. They can execute documented processes and SOPs, troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues, and support monitoring and response using client cyber tools. Experience with platform integration/onboarding and phone support is a plus.
