Center for Internet Security (CIS) is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Intern to support the Cyber Threat Intelligence team and help with SOC-aligned threat intelligence operations. The internship is remote and temporary (up to 29 hours per week) and involves basic data analysis, information integration, and drafting CTI products.

The intern will work with a Security Operations Threat Intelligence Platform and assist in applying U.S. Intelligence Community analytical standards. Responsibilities include analyzing data, integrating/sharing threat information with other analysts, and contributing to cyber threat intelligence products in a 24x7 SOC environment.

The ideal candidate is an intern-level cybersecurity or cyber intelligence student with knowledge of internet protocols and cyber threats, plus basic familiarity with intelligence analysis techniques. They can perform basic data analysis, support SOC operations, and help draft cyber threat intelligence products while communicating clearly in a remote, time-bounded internship role.
