About this role
The IAM Analyst provides high-level administrative support for identity and access management processes. The role also drives process improvement by documenting workflows, analyzing effectiveness, and implementing optimized procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administrative support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
- Perform Active Directory administration including account provisioning and email management
- Use IT ticketing systems and maintain SLA compliance
- Identify and document process improvements and implement revised procedures
- Track process performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally
Technical Overview
Focus is on Active Directory administration, account provisioning, and email management, with additional experience desired in Office 365 or Exchange provisioning. The work uses IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and requires SLA compliance while tracking metrics and improving IAM workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and at least 1 year supporting Active Directory administration, account provisioning, and email management. They are detail-oriented and service-focused, with strong troubleshooting and the ability to improve and document IAM administrative workflows using ticketing systems and SLA standards.
