Leads dashboard development and analytics for large federal programs, driving visibility into performance metrics and enabling data-driven decisions across cost, schedule, and scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the dashboard and analytics team
- Develop, track, and support project management activities to monitor task order health
- Design, develop, and utilize tools to track and report approved metrics
- Gather, analyze, and validate inputs for status reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Partner with Quality and Performance teams to develop actionable metrics
Technical Overview
Senior analytics and dashboard leadership with focus on enterprise and information architectures, and experience translating complex program data into actionable dashboards and reports.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior analytics leader with 5+ years of experience building dashboards and analytics in large-scale IT environments, with enterprise and information architecture expertise, and a proven ability to lead a team and translate DoD/VA metrics into actionable insights.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of professional work experienceExperience designing deployment of complex enterprise-wide information architecturesKnowledge of ensuring system compatibility and compliance with open systems architecture standardsExperience identifying interfaces between enterprise applications and legacy IT environmentsExperience supporting program/project planning and milestone developmentExperience supporting business case analysis and evaluating alternative solutions and business impactsBachelor’s degree in Information SystemsComputer ScienceEngineeringBusinessor related fieldor an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
