About this role

Data Analyst – Behavioral Health supports analytics across the Behavioral Health service line through data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, and builds dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, prepare, and analyze behavioral health and operational data
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
Analyze behavioral health clinical, operational, and quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting structures
Provide recommendations to improve data collection processes, reporting structures, and dashboard designs

Technical Overview

Stack includes Power BI dashboards and Tableau dashboards; data sources include clinical documentation systems, billing, and operational systems; strong Excel skills and data visualization capabilities are essential.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level data analyst with 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience, proficient in Power BI or Tableau, and capable of building dashboards to track behavioral health metrics.
