About this role
Data Analyst – Behavioral Health supports analytics across the Behavioral Health service line through data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, and builds dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and analyze behavioral health and operational data
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
- Analyze behavioral health clinical, operational, and quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting structures
- Provide recommendations to improve data collection processes, reporting structures, and dashboard designs
Technical Overview
Stack includes Power BI dashboards and Tableau dashboards; data sources include clinical documentation systems, billing, and operational systems; strong Excel skills and data visualization capabilities are essential.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level data analyst with 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience, proficient in Power BI or Tableau, and capable of building dashboards to track behavioral health metrics.
