Data Analyst III Healthcare Analytics, Provider Analytics

This role analyzes enterprise healthcare provider analytics data to measure the real-world impact of contract and network changes. You will develop and troubleshoot SQL and Excel-based scripts and reporting, perform root-cause analysis on data issues, and deliver data-driven insights that support network strategy and cost-of-care improvements.

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources including claims, provider, member, and encounters data
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Conduct root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings
• Contribute to planning and execution of large-scale projects with limited direction
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts

You will work with large, integrated healthcare datasets (claims, provider, member, encounters) and build complex scripts and structured reporting using SQL and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include data QA through structured initiatives (QAIs), root-cause analysis of data irregularities, and process enhancements and automation to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Data Analyst with strong healthcare analytics experience focused on enterprise provider analytics. They can analyze claims, provider, member, and encounters data using SQL and Microsoft Excel, perform root-cause analysis on data irregularities, and deliver standardized reporting that validates savings and implementation accuracy. They also communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and can guide junior analysts.
