About this role
Principal Analytics Consultant serving as a technical analytics leader to deliver datasets, dashboards, and insights across Sales & Marketing; modernizing data platforms toward Power BI and Snowflake with governance and data quality at the core.
Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to identify performance measures
- Develop scalable datasets and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Lead migration to Snowflake & Power BI including data model transformation
- Apply data quality checks and governance
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics standards
Technical Overview
Leads data engineering and analytics initiatives, migrating assets to Snowflake and Power BI, building scalable data models, and applying AI/ML techniques where appropriate; strong collaboration with IT, Data Office, Finance, and Business Units.

The ideal candidate is a senior analytics professional with 8+ years of experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms (Snowflake), capable of driving data-driven growth and mentoring junior analysts.
