Data & Analytics Developer I

Design, develop, and maintain complex analytics reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing performance in a secure environment.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions of significant complexity
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for new analytics initiatives
• Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough testing and validation
• Optimize and enhance existing analytics solutions for performance and usability

Core technical work includes SQL-based data development, data modeling, and building dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. The role also includes testing/validation for data integrity and working with TALEO PHP and enterprise systems as needed within a government-regulated context.

The ideal candidate is an analytics-focused developer with proven experience building reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. They have strong data modeling, validation, and performance optimization skills, and can work independently in a remote environment supporting cross-functional stakeholders. Because the role is in a secure, government-regulated setting, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
