About this role
This role is a senior client-success consulting position focused on managed services engagements. You act as a primary client point of contact, lead onboarding and adoption, monitor project delivery and performance, and support billing and growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary client contact and manage inquiries/escalations
- Lead client onboarding and managed services adoption activities
- Plan and monitor project work plans to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collect and analyze data; prepare workpapers and reports as a subject matter expert
- Oversee billing management and track service performance with KPI reporting
Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on analytics and reporting deliverables: collecting and analyzing data, producing workpapers and reports, and supporting KPI reporting and service performance tracking. You also coordinate change management communications and manage billing against scope and budget using time entry and invoicing support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior consulting professional who can lead managed services client success engagements end-to-end, from onboarding and adoption through performance, billing oversight, and KPI reporting. They have strong data analytics capabilities (data collection, analysis, workpapers, and reports) and can independently manage projects while building strong stakeholder relationships.
