IT Portfolio Management Intern at Skechers supports the Portfolio Management function within IT, assisting with the implementation of Resource Management and Capacity Planning tools, documenting requirements, aggregating resource requests, and aiding rollout and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of new Resource Management and Capacity Planning tools
  • Document requirements form targeted users and stakeholders
  • Aggregate resources requests from each project to an overarching resource management and capacity view at the IT portfolio level
  • Confirm accuracy of resource request information
  • Support rollout and training of the resource management solution to targeted users and stakeholders

Focus on data management, governance, and portfolio/resource planning; exposure to Smartsheet and Excel-based analysis within IT.
