About this role

This part-time hybrid internship focuses on automating processes and improving operations by working with large amounts of data. You will collaborate with engineers, explore and validate data, build digital tools and visualizations, and support use of Artificial Intelligence through practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data search and exploration across multiple sources and systems
Establish communication with database owners to interpret and collect information
Work with internal Artificial Intelligence tools for research and solutions
Create, support, and invent solutions using programming languages to minimize non-value activities
Document procedures, guidelines, and instructions to ensure long-term maintenance of tools and solutions

Technical Overview

The role involves programming to automate data processing and integration (with Microsoft Excel or other software), performing data search and exploration across multiple systems, and producing data visualization outputs. It also includes developing and documenting maintainable digital tools and supporting internal Artificial Intelligence tools for research and solutions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Computer Science Engineering student (ideally about 12 months before finishing a bachelor’s degree) who can program and automate workflows using Excel and/or other software. They are strong in data collection, analysis, and validation, and can communicate clearly in English with stakeholders while building digital tools to simplify processes and support Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
