Key Responsibilities

Define and deploy architectural standards across analytics and data engineering teams (dbt patterns, RBAC, deployment workflows, code quality)
Build and deploy AI-powered tooling and agent frameworks for analytics/data teams
Elevate RBAC framework with row access and masking policies at scale
Partner with product/engineering on feature testing, specs, and POCs
Represent Snowflake's data capabilities externally; mentored team
