About this role
This role supports seamless data center operations by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The associate also assists with server rack setup/installation according to provided instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory; Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers; Maintain clean and organized work environment including docks and storage areas; Adhere to safety protocols and data center security/access controls; Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks
Technical Overview
The technical scope is operational: inventory receipt/inspection and documentation, shipping/receiving label and packaging preparation, and controlled handling consistent with data center security measures and access controls. It includes basic assembly tasks for computer server racks following diagrams and guidelines.
