About this role
This role oversees day-to-day warehouse/data center operations, including scheduling, team supervision, and training. The supervisor monitors work quality to ensure exceptional customer service, follows GXO quality/7S expectations, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse

- Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
- Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Adhere to the GXO 7S program and implement continuous improvement action plans
Technical Overview
The job requires operational competency rather than software engineering, including using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment. The environment also demands adherence to quality policies and GXO 7S, plus the ability to sustain warehouse physical requirements and flexible shift coverage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant warehouse/data center operations experience and can run day-to-day operations while supervising and coaching a team. They are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment, and they reliably support planned and unplanned overtime. They also understand quality policies and can drive continuous improvement using GXO 7S.
