About this role
This role supervises day-to-day warehouse/data-center operations, ensuring efficient workflows, quality standards, and strong customer service. The supervisor creates schedules, coaches a team to improve performance, supports continuous improvement, and maintains a clean work environment while following GXO quality expectations and the GXO 7S program.
