About this role
This role supervises day-to-day warehouse/data-center operations, ensuring efficient workflows, quality standards, and strong customer service. The supervisor creates schedules, coaches a team to improve performance, supports continuous improvement, and maintains a clean work environment while following GXO quality expectations and the GXO 7S program.

They demonstrate strong coaching and communication skills and are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment, with experience aligning work to quality policy and GXO 7S.
