About this role
This role supervises day-to-day warehouse/data-center operations, ensuring efficient workflows, quality standards, and strong customer service for the weekend 2nd shift schedule. The supervisor prepares schedules, coaches a team to improve performance, drives continuous improvement, and maintains a clean work environment while adhering to the company quality policy and GXO 7S program.
