About this role
Senior Operations Manager responsible for daily oversight of warehouse operations supporting national returns processing and outbound order preparation in a multichannel distribution center. Leads associates, manages inventory control, drives Lean-based improvements, and tracks KPIs to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, coach and train warehouse associates
- Oversee equipment and coordinate maintenance needs
- Handle inventory control processes
- Drive quality operations through Lean methodologies and KPI monitoring
- Ensure picking/putaway and outbound packing meet lead time requirements
