Governing focal point for Wells Fargo's on-premises data center in Manassas, ensuring site integrity and systems availability with governance and risk remediation across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop Infrastructure Engineers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
Lead project teams to support network and communication implementations
Ensure IT infrastructure across multiple locations
Identify and recommend software solutions to meet target architecture goals
Review and analyze outages to prevent recurrence

Technical Overview

Oversees IT infrastructure with a focus on data center operations, security, governance, and high availability; collaborates with networking and software groups to maintain enterprise standards.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced data center leader with 7+ years in infrastructure engineering and at least 3+ years of data center management, capable of overseeing on-premises infrastructure across multiple locations. Strong governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required to support a regulated banking environment.
